Cleo “Tootsie” Rodgers of Warrior, formerly of Cullman passed away Sept. 2, 2020 at the age of 79. She was born in Hartselle March 8, 1941 to Luke and Ethel Tunstill Slaughter.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Huey Albert Rodgers; daughter Dorothy Jean Rodgers; and infant son Johnny Ray Rodgers.
Funeral services are Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dudley Brock officiating. Interment will follow services at Bethlehem West Cemetery.
Survivors are sons Jerry (Melissa) Rodgers of Athens, AL, Jimmy Rodgers of Warrior, AL, and Donald (Lina) Rodgers of Atlanta, GA; brother Charles “Buddy” Tunstill of Hartselle, AL; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation is Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020 at Moss Funeral Home from noon until service time at 2 p.m.
