Private graveside services for David “Shad” Shadrick Adams, 48, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Cullman Heritage Cemetery with Alton “Butch” Shedd officiating.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Adams passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at UAB Hospital. He was born June 28, 1971 to Leonard “Len” and Nikki Pollans.
He was preceded in death by his father Len Adams and brother Lenny Adams.
Survivors include his wife Cathy Adams; daughters Raven Adams and Mikayla Adams; son Shadrick Adams; grandson Bently Adams; mothers Nikki Pollans and Sheila Adams; brothers J.J. Adams and Zack Link; and sisters Beth Adams and Brandie Adams Janssen.
