CULLMAN, Ala. –  A Cullman man has been charged after allegedly coercing a 15-year-old Texas girl to send him four sexually explicit videos.

According to WBRC in Birmingham, “Prosecutors say Bo Jack Kelley, (27), reached out to the girl through a social media account. Investigators say she told Kelley she was 14, and he told her he was 19. Court documents show the teenager sent Kelley four videos. Throughout their conversations, Kelley told the girl she had to send him more pictures and videos or he would send the four he had to her family members. That’s when prosecutors say Kelley sent the videos to the girl’s mother after she refused to send him anymore. The mother immediately called law enforcement.”

Cullman Police Sgt. Intae Suh said Kelley is charged with distribution of child pornography.

Suh said the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Texas Rangers and the Cullman Police Department served a federal complaint May 8, 2020 with two search warrants in the city of Cullman. Kelley was arrested at one of the locations.

“This is an ongoing investigation and it is possible Mr. Kelley will receive more criminal charges,” Suh said. “The Cullman Police Department would like to thank the Special Agents with the FBI, the Texas Rangers and the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for their help.  If anyone has any additional information on Mr. Kelley please call the Cullman Police Department at 256-775-7170.”
