Debora Jane “Willow Swann” Maxwell, 60, of Baileyton passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020 at Cullman Regional. She was born March 22, 1960 in Indio, CA to Eugene Howell and Betty Jane Veal.
She was preceded in death by her father Eugene Howell Veal.
Survivors include her son Jason Maxwell; daughter Fran Skinner; grandchildren Autumn Lee and Braven Ponder; mother Betty Veal; brother Doug Veal; sister Donna Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
