Hunter Creel, a loving son, a protective brother, an adoring ‘Unkie” and a tried and true friend. God gave him his mother’s warmth and loyalty and his father’s charm and charisma.

Our days were always brightened by his quick wit and unmatched sense of humor. Our hearts were softened by his jubilant spirit and generosity. Our lives forever touched by a young fighter turned Guardian Angel.

If love was enough to save you, you wouldn’t have ever left.

He will be missed by all and never forgotten!

Psalms 22:8

He trusts in the Lord. Let him deliver him. Let Him rescue him, for he delights in Him!

Hunter was preceded in death by his grandparents Jim and Dee Berry and Alton and Nell Creel; father Paul Creel; uncles Miles Creel and Ted Creel and James Hawk Berry; aunt Dee Clark; and first cousin Daphne Wilson.

He is survived by his loving mother Julie Berry Creel; sister Juliana Young; niece Mariana Young; and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins and friends.

There will be a private graveside service Saturday May 2 for immediate family due to the coronavirus.

He passed away April 28, 2020 at his home.

Cullman Heritage is in charge of arrangements.
