CULLMAN, Ala. – The 24th annual Big Band Dance featuring the Cullman High School Jazz Band will be held at Stone Bridge Farms next Friday, Feb. 7 from 7-9 p.m. The dance has traditionally been held at the Cullman Civic Center, and organizers are keen for the public to be aware of the change. The community dance will feature toe-tapping live music and very special guests.

A very special evening is planned for this year’s event, which will honor our nation’s veterans. Many of Cullman’s greatest heroes will be in attendance as special guests. Cullman County’s surviving World War II veterans will be the guests of honor and recognized for their tremendous courage and sacrifices. The night will be dedicated to these legends of The Greatest Generation.

The venue will be decked out in a USO-theme and guests will enjoy music from the World War II era.

The cost at the door will be $10, and refreshments will be available. The event is open to all ages, but the dance is not a chaperoned event, so children younger than 14 should be accompanied by an adult.

Stone Bridge Farms is located at 281 County Road 717, Cullman.
