The Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce’s Christmas Window Display Contest took place Friday, Nov. 8, with representatives from neighboring counties serving as judges for the event. In conjunction with Christmas in Cullman this weekend, we are announcing the winners of our 2019 contest!
