Funeral services for Sarah Odette Rusk, 89, of Baileyton will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home; interment in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Rusk passed away Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019 at her residence. She was born Sept. 29, 1930 to Ulysses and Allie Bartlett.
She was preceded in death by her husband J.C. Rusk; grandson Justin “Judd” Stapler; parents; and brothers L.D. Bartlett, Donald Bartlett, and Michael Bartlett.
Survivors include her sons Danny (Paula) Rusk and Doyle (Michelle) Rusk; daughter Cathy (Tommy) Stapler; grandchildren Brad (Emily) Stapler, Tammy Parrish, Kelly Rusk, Shane (Jasmine) Rusk, and Kristi (Trent) Moore; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister Nancy (Dainward) Carroll; and her beloved companion, George the Dog.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
