Cullman Brewers Guild to host ‘Pints for Joe- An ALS Fundraiser’

CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman Brewers Guild will hold a special fundraiser Wednesday, Oct. 23 from 5-9 p.m. at Goat Island Brewing for the guild’s vice president, Joe Pace, who was recently diagnosed with Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS).

President Jason Guidry shared with The Tribune, “The Cullman Brewers Guild, along with Goat Island Brewing, is sponsoring a fundraiser to help combat ALS and support Joe during his battle with this disease. To help raise funds, Goat Island will donate $1 for every pint sold during the fundraiser to the ALS Association Alabama Chapter. The Cullman Brewers will donate $2 for every pint sold to help Joe during his treatment. Donations will also be accepted.”

Augusta’s Sports Grill will be at the event with food for sale all well.
