Mr. Phillip “PA” Albert Smith, 63, passed away Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Tuesday, May 8, 1956 to Adolphus and Ruby Mosteller Smith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Kenneth Smith, and sisters, Joyce Landers and Edith “Eddie” Dudley.
Survivors include his daughter, Sara (Christian) Zafeiropoulos, brother-in-law, William “Bill” Dudley, sister, Grace Bowmen, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
