Funeral services for Margaret Louise Cofer, 82, of Vinemont will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019 at Logan Baptist Church. She will lie in state from 1-2 p.m. prior to service. Anthony Clark and Brandon Abbott will be officiating; burial at Shedd Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Cofer passed away Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019 at her residence. She was born July 24, 1937 in Lawrenceburg, TN to Joseph Johnny and Creacy Beckmann.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 62 years, James ‘Calvin’ Cofer, two great-grandsons, seven brothers and five sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Philip (Sheila) Cofer, Rex Cofer, and Craig Cofer, daughters, Denise (Billy) Striker, Leigh Ann Hinkle, and Angel (David) Paden, 15 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
