Halley Eugene Peak, 87, of Cullman entered into rest Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019 at Hendrix Health and Rehab.
Gene was born Dec. 21, 1931 in Cullman, Alabama to Elmer Huey and Cloie Smith Peak.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019 from noon-1 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in the Nesmith Community. Brother Greg Dollar will officiate.
Gene is survived by his sons, Steven Wayne Peak and Rickey Allen Peak and his wife Kelly; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Ragsdale and her husband Phillip; brother, Donald Peak and his wife Glenda; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Verbon Peak.
