Funeral services for Dearl Russell Moore, 74, of Bremen, Alabama will be at 2 p.m. Sunday Sept. 8, 2019 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation for friends will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday Sept. 7, at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Valley View Cemetery Bremen, Alabama with Reverend Harce Swann officiating.
Mr. Moore was born in Jefferson County and was retired from the coal industry.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Moore, a daughter, Cindy (Hilton) Mullins, and two sons, Bobby (Kathy) Moore and James Moore. Other survivors include grandchildren, Bobby Moore Jr., Jeremy Moore, Christopher Moore, Austin Moore, Des Marie Moore, Cody Vandiver and Tyler Jones. Great grandchildren include Nadalyn Moore, Elijah Moore, Kenseley Moore, Jesslyn Moore, Caleb Moore, Emily Moore and Houston Vandiver.
Mr. Moore is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Gertrude (Pugh) Moore.
