Visitation for Charles Evon Vest, 78, of Baileyton, will be from noon-2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home; interment in New Home Baptist Church Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Vest passed away Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019 at Cullman Regional. He was born April 3, 1941 to James T. and Evelyn Walker.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Walker; sister, Linda Kaufman; grandson, Devon Garrett; and uncle, Leon Morrow.
Survivors include his daughter, Charlie (Justin) Garrett; son, Darin Layton; granddaughters, Chantel Smith (Jon Brown) and Ashton Garrett; great-grandchildren, Laila Brown and Grayson Brown; father, James T. Walker; sister, Dale (Arvie) Beard; and a host of family and friends.
