Funeral services for Daniel Franklin Bates, 61, of Huntsville, will be at noon Friday, June 14, 2019, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Whitley officiating; interment in Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bates passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 at his residence. He was born August 23, 1957 to Franklin Delano and Emma Fay Bates.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Fitnat Bates; parents; and brother, David Bates.
Survivors include his sons, Chris Bates, Michael Bates, Umut Engin, and Baris Engin; grandson, Jonathan Bates; sister, Cindy Bates (Bill) Faust; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-noon Friday, June 14, 2019 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
