CULLMAN, Ala. – The last meeting between Decatur and Cullman ended in a 7-2 home victory for the Lady Red Raiders on Tuesday and Thursday was no different as the Lady Bearcats wound up falling at home 14-3 in a rainy game.
Decatur put up 14 runs in the first four innings to break the game open and Cullman never got enough going offensively, collecting only three hits and three runs in the game.
Alex Stansell finished with a hit and three RBIs for Cullman, while Haley Shannon and McKenna Kline each collected a hit and a run scored.
The Lady Bearcats will look to regroup against when they host Brewer next Monday.
