Finley has been captured.

The CCSO is actively searching for the shooting suspect, identified by as Joshua Finley.
Finley is a white male, 31 years old, 6' tall, 230 pounds
Finley was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt.
He was last seen between Crosshaven Church and Cullman Golf Course.
GARDEN CITY – Authorities are on the scene of a shooting in Garden City, the Cullman County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) confirmed.
At least one person was injured and transported by helicopter to an area hospital.
A spokesperson for the CCSO said Sheriff Matt Gentry will update the public as details become available.
