Felisha Nichole Hudson / Cullman Police Department

CULLMAN – A Hanceville woman last week was arrested for selling methamphetamine, following a traffic stop.

Felisha Nichole Hudson, 30, was in a vehicle pulled over on Alabama Highway 157 on July 13 by Cullman Police Department Officers Cole Kelley and Trey Higginbotham. At that time, Hudson allegedly told officers she was in possession of a syringe and marijuana. Officers confirmed Hudson was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and arrested her.

During the traffic stop, it was also determined that Hudson was wanted on felony warrants of arrest, according to the CPD. Narcotics Investigators Justin Craft and Scott Sanford arrived and executed a warrant of arrest for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance on Hudson. The warrant was a result of an undercover operation conducted by the CPD in which Hudson allegedly sold methamphetamine.

Bond for Hudson was set at $15,000 property at the time of her arrest.

Anyone with information on illegal drug activity is asked to contact the CPD at 256-775-7179 or 256-775-7183.
