CULLMAN – A Cullman County man was arrested Wednesday night and charged with four counts of trafficking in illegal drugs and three counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Danny Joe Raley, 56, was arrested by Cullman City Police Department (CPD) investigators Justin Craft and Adam Clark following multiple undercover buy operations conducted by Craft with assistance from Clark and investigator Scott Sanford.
According to authorities, at the time of his arrest, Raley had a trafficking amount of hydrocodone 10mg (schedule 2 controlled substance) pills in his possession, which will result in Raley facing an additional trafficking in illegal drugs charge.
Raley’s bond was set at $3 million.
