CULLMAN – Many stores and businesses across Cullman are offering discounts to area veterans in honor of the Veterans Day holiday. Below is a list of just a few.
Discounts specific to Veterans on Veterans Day
- Supercuts in Cullman will be giving free haircuts to veterans on Veterans Day.
- Dairy Queen is giving away a free Mini Blizzard on Friday from 5-7 p.m. to veterans and current military personnel. Veterans will need to show their IDs. This offer is valid at both Cullman locations.
- Rumors Deli will give veterans a 10 percent discount.
- Buffalo Wild Wings will provide veterans, and active military personnel, a free small order of 10-12 traditional or boneless wings and a side of fries.
- Guthrie's will give veterans a 50 percent discount.
- Little Caesars will provide a free Hot-N-Ready lunch combo from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Applebee's will provide a free meal from a special menu and a $5 coupon that can be redeemed Nov. 12-27.
- Ruby Tuesday will provide a free appetizer, up to $10.
- Cracker Barrel will provide a free slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake.
- Denny's will provide active, inactive and retired military personnel a free Build Your Own Grand Slam from 5 a.m. to noon.
- Great Clips will provide a coupon for a free haircut (valid through Dec. 31) to veterans who go to Great Clips for a haircut on Nov. 11
- Lawlers Barbecue will provide 20 percent off for veterans and their families
- Chick-fil-A in Cullman will provide a free meal to all veterans
Discounts that are available to the general public Veterans Day weekend
- Serendipity Home and Gifts will take off 25 percent off all patriotic items.
- From Friday through Sunday, Nov. 11-13, Jack's Western & Outdoor Wear will be offering 20 percent off all regular priced items. Plus, they just opened a new clearance room where everything in it has been marked 50 percent off.
