CULLMAN – Cullman City Police Department Narcotics Investigators yesterday arrested Amber Michelle Alfrey, 33, of Hanceville on two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alfrey was placed on a $67,000 bond at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Alfrey has since bonded out.
