CULLMAN – On Thursday August 13, 2015, Agents with the Cullman Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) arrested Brandon Dewayne Rollo, 31 years old of Bremen, Jessica Diane Rollo, 23 years old of Bremen, and James Calvin Boone III, 46 years old of Hanceville for Unlawful Possession of Control Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The Department of Human Resources (DHR) and CNET agents went to the residence of the suspects after the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) received information from citizens about possible drug activity and children being left unattended.

After obtaining a search warrant agents discovered 3 grams of crystal meth, Marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

It was later discovered the unattended children at the residence did not belong to the suspects, however, DHR will still monitor the children for a period of time for their safety.

“I want to commend the citizens whose information lead to the arrest of the three individuals,” said Sheriff Matt Gentry.“ This is a great example of citizens working with law enforcement to help clean up their community and we will always actively investigate citizen-driven information,” added Gentry.

The CCSO secret witness number is 256-734-0210 for any citizen to call who wishes to report criminal activity.
