CULLMAN – Breast cancer ranks as the second-leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women in the U.S. Research has found that early detection significantly enhances the success of breast cancer treatment and the healthcare industry has discovered 3D mammography as the best way to see inside the breast. Join Genia Sutton, director of Cullman Regional Diagnostic Imaging as she discusses the benefits of 3D mammography and how Cullman Regional is the only facility in the area to invest in this state-of-the-art technology.

The 3D Mammography: A New View on Breast Cancer Prevention Seminar will be held on Thursday, Oct. 19 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Colonel Cullmann Room, located in Professional Office Building 2 on the Cullman Regional Campus (1912 Alabama Highway 157, Cullman, AL 35058).

Cost of the lunch and learn is $5 for Healthy Life members and $8 for others. To reserve your spot, call 256-735-5600 or register online at www.cullmanregional.com.
