Jubilee hosting ‘Spanish Summer’ June 17

    CULLMAN, Ala. – Jubilee Kitchen and Bar will host its summer menu launch and wine party, Spanish Summer, on Wednesday, June 17, from 4-9 p.m.  
     
    Owner/Operator Katie Fine said they wanted to create an evening where guests can be among the first to explore new summer dishes and enjoy Spanish-inspired tastings.  
     
    “We want participants to interact with wine in a fun and approachable way through pairing and aroma challenges,” Fine said. “We want to encourage guests to explore the new offerings. Anyone who purchases a featured new menu item during the event will enjoy a complimentary Bread & Butter Board served with Jubilee’s trio of signature flavored salts (one per person).” 
     
    Fine said that choosing a favorite on the night would be impossible. 
     
    “Chef Becky absolutely outdid herself with this menu,” she said. “We’re bringing back our Prosciutto-Wrapped Dates, which guests have been asking for, and introducing new items such as Truffled Lobster Mac & Cheese, Pimento Cheese Bruschetta, Citrus Beet Salad and Pork Osso Bucco. We’re also adding Breakfast Pizza, Strawberry Bruschetta and Prosciutto Sliders to our regular brunch lineup.” 
     
    Jubilee Kitchen and Bar is located at 515 Fourth St. SW Suite 101 in the Cullman Savings Bank/Flying Fifty building.
