Charles “Elwin” Trimble, age 73 of Hanceville, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at his residence. He was born April 25, 1952, to Clifton Coy Trimble and Eneva Campbell Trimble.
Beloved Husband, Daddy and Pawpaw, Elwin served in the US Airforce from 1971-1975, and retired from the 3M Company in Decatur, AL in 2007. He loved fishing, his grand kids, watching sports and old movies.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Darrell Trimble and Gale Trimble.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Donna Trimble; children, Jennifer (Rich) Eddington, Candace Trimble and Bethany (Adam) Calvert; grandchildren, Brady (Katie) Isom, Garrett Isom, Blaine Isom, Laney Burgess, Ethan Burgess, Baylee Burgess, Cooper Morgan, Titus Trimble Calvert, Noah Calvert, Andy (Karmin) Eddington, Avery Eddington and Sam Calvert; Great Grand Child, Audrey Grace Isom and a host of brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
