Virginia Annette Woods, age 84 of Vinemont, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at her residence. She was born, October 2, 1941 to Henry and Mary Phillips.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ed Woods; and daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Jim Hutchens.
Survivors include her daughters, Carol (Jerry) Wren, Teresa Woods; granddaughter, Christy (Jamie) Sharpston; great grandsons, Dustin (Layla) McGraw, Dakota (Shyanne) McGraw; great granddaughter, Breanna White; great great grandchildren, Lynlee and Zaylie McGraw and Wren McGraw; sister, Marie Bell; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
