Graveside Service for Harold C. Allen, age 89 of Welti Community, Cullman, AL will be at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Welti Cemetery, Cullman, AL with Bro. Ray Lathem officiating; burial at Welti Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. Allen passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026, at Hanceville Nursing Home. He was born March 29, 1937, to HT Allen and Opal Allen.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his twin brother, Darrell (Cheryl) Allen, brothers, Jerry (Joyce) Allen, Lowell Keith Allen and sister, Dean Folds.
Survivors include his sons, Craig Allen (LaDonna) and Clark Allen; grandchildren, Spencer, Claire & Callie Allen; sisters, Gwen Parker and Diann (George) Hightower; brother, Dudley Allen and numerous nieces & Nephews.
