HANCEVILLE, Ala. – One spot in the county championship game was already filled by Fairview by virtue of a shutout win over Cold Springs to start out the final day of the tournament. The other semifinal game featured (2) West Point and (3) Good Hope, and what started out as a pitcher’s duel through two innings quickly turned into an offensive explosion by Good Hope, as a pair of big innings helped propel them to a 23-6 rout of West Point to clinch the final spot in the title game. Below is how each team scored their respective runs.
