Visitation for John Thomas Lanningham, age 91, of Elburn, Illinois, will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Powell Chapel Cemetery in Falkville.

Mr. Lanningham was born on August 15, 1934, to Charles and Ella Roberts Lanningham. He passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Delnor Hospital in Geneva, IL.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Alta June Lanningham.
He is survived by two sons, John (Lucille) Lanningham and Charles Lanningham; three daughters, Diana Wasielewski, Donna Williams and Carol (Frank) Sedivy; six grandchildren, Jonathan, Jason, Gia, Scott, Frankie and Kyla; and four great-grandchildren, Anthony, Gianna, Francesca, and Caden.
