CULLMAN, Ala. – Campaign finance reports filed with the Alabama Secretary of State are providing an early look at how candidates in Cullman County’s 2026 local races are raising and spending money. The Tribune will be publishing a series of articles taking a look at the financials of local campaigns.
The filings, submitted under Alabama’s Fair Campaign Practices Act, detail contributions, expenditures and funding sources for each campaign and are publicly available through the state’s online reporting system.
At this stage in the reporting cycle, financial activity varies by race, with some candidates reporting limited or no activity and others showing more detailed fundraising and spending patterns.

Several candidates are unopposed in their respective races:
