A Graveside Service for Tommy Moten Stricklin will be Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Addington Cemetery with Dr. Keith Warden officiating. A Celebration of Life service will be Friday, March 20, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church, with Bro. Steve Britt officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Stricklin passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at his residence. He was born April 18, 1935, to William T. Stricklin and Minnie Essie Calvert Stricklin.
Mr. Stricklin earned his BS Degree in Engineering at Auburn University in 1957 and worked over 40 years in Church Bond Financing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Irene Graves; brother-in-law, Aves Graves and great grandson, Cannon Schlemmer.
Survivors include his wife of 69 plus years. Cloette Palmore Stricklin; son, Chuck Stricklin; daughter, Rhonda Schlemmer (Norman); grandchildren, T. J. Stricklin, – Ben Schlemmer (Ashleigh), Karis Lovelady (Anthony), Mandee Shelby (Fred), Sarabeth Schlemmer, Sydney Allen (Max), Jordan Schlemmer, John Schlemmer (Vanessa), Anna Grace Schlemmer, Drew Schlemmer, Cole Schlemmer (Chloe), Trey Schlemmer and 17 great Grandchildren.
