Funeral Service for Barbara Annette Looney, age 56 of Cullman, will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home; burial at East Point Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Looney passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at her residence. She was born, September 13, 1969, to Wayne Fillmore and Barbara Miller Fillmore.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Looney; sisters Diana Gordon and Julie Downs; brother, John Fillmore; nieces and nephews, Beth Newman, Sarah Gordon, Keifer Fillmore, Harley Carter, Ava Rose Downs and Stella Downs.
