CULLMAN, Ala. – Community members gathered Saturday, Feb. 28, at Cotton Creek for an evening of games, food and fundraising at Hope Horses’ annual Casino Night fundraiser.
Attendees participated in classic casino-style games, a live auction and the popular “Mane & Tail” game, giving multiple opportunities to engage while supporting the organization’s mission. Guests also enjoyed a catered meal from Jubilee Kitchen and Bar and time to socialize with fellow supporters while celebrating sponsors.
According to Hope Horses Executive Director Kelsey Scott, the event is designed to combine entertainment with a meaningful cause.
“Attendees can look forward to an evening full of excitement, entertainment and community spirit,” Scott said. “What makes this event truly special is that it brings together friends, families and supporters for a fun-filled night while directly benefiting the horses and students at Hope Horses, making every roll of the dice meaningful.”
Funds raised through ticket sales, sponsorships and donations help support the organization’s therapeutic riding programs.
“This support allows us to reach more students, particularly those with disabilities, offering them life-changing experiences that improve physical, emotional and social well-being,” Scott said.
While Casino Night serves as a major fundraiser for the organization, Scott said there are many ways for community members to get involved throughout the year, including volunteering, sponsoring a horse, donating to programs or sharing the organization’s mission.
