Funeral Service for Garry Randall Hayes, age 70 of Decatur, will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Thompson Chapel Assembly of God; burial at Thompson Chapel Assembly of God. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Thompson Chapel Assembly of God.

Mr. Hayes passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Falkville Health and Rehab. He was born March 5, 1955, to Clay Hayes and Marzelle Mims Hayes.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sharon Hayes; great grandchild, Grayson Hayes; sisters, Mary Newman, Betty Robinson, JoAna Ricks, Ruby Harding and Jane Gore; brothers, Frank Hayes, Robert Hayes and Howard Hayes.
Survivors include his wife, Pat Hayes; sons, Tony Hayes (Jennifer) and Terry Hayes (Angela); step-daughter, Brandy Andazola; grandchildren, Treylon Hayes (Brooke), Cainan Hayes (Brookann), Hunter Hayes, Jasmine Bradley (Timothy) and Emilee Hayes; great grandchildren, Kaelynn Hayes, Kamari Bradley, Kehlnai Bradley and Kacen Hayes; brother, Harry Hayes; sister, Peggy Crawford and a host of nieces, nephews & friends.
