CULLMAN, Ala. – At a meeting earlier this month, the Cullman County Democrats Executive Committee approved the qualifying period for the 2026 election cycle. This election year will include county party positions, selected positions for Cullman County offices, State Democratic Executive Committee members and state and federal offices.
The Executive Committee set the qualifying period to run concurrently with that of the Alabama State Democratic Party qualifying period. The qualifying period will be Jan. 5-23, 2026.
