CULLMAN, Ala. – Local author and business owner Brittany Hamm held a meet and greet at the Cullman County Public Library in downtown Cullman Thursday, Nov. 20. She debuted her book, “More Than Enough: A Mother’s Journey Back to What Matters.”

In her book, Hamm writes about her challenges entering the world of entrepreneurship. As a recent widow and mother to two small daughters, she said, she struggled to keep focus on what is most important.

“I forgot what I was surviving for,” Hamm read to attendees from the first chapter.

She spoke of her day-to-day life dealing with grief and how negative self-worth seemed to consume her.

Hamm explained she would wake in the morning with her mind instantly betraying her: “I have to pay bills, there’s laundry to do and my house is dirty.”

All of this on top of trying to manage her own start up, now known as Cullman Business Spaces, was suffocating, she said, until one Tuesday morning when it all came into perspective.

When you read “More Than Enough: A Mother’s Journey Back to What Matters,” you’ll discover:

  • How to transform daily routines into joyful, memorable moments
  • The mindset shift that changes everything about how you see your life
  • Why “enough” might be more than you ever imagined
  • How to create intentional memories that matter
