Graveside Service for Sarah E Mauter, age 85 of Cullman, will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Mount Zion Cemetery with James Fields officiating; burial at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Mauter passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Cullman Health Care Center. She was born, November 22, 1939, in Bolivar, Tennessee to Andrew “Jack” Rolett and Eula Rolett.
Sarah was the last child in a family of eleven children. She met Fulton and married him in 1956. They would have celebrated their 70th year anniversary in March. Her focus quickly became raising her four children. Her true joy in life came from her 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Sarah loved her family, church, and friends. She will be missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fulton Mauter; son, Randy Mauter; and many family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Rodney (Tracey) Mauter, Robin (Lee) Stewart and Ron (Kelly) Mauter; grandchild, Chris (Emme) Stewart, Kevin Stewart, Stacie (Andrew) Parker, Cody Mauter, Carter (Katherine) Mauter, Callahan (Danielle) Mauter, Brooke Quinn, Carter Quinn; 7 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
