PREP FOOTBALL: Hanceville’s season ends with 70-15 loss at Oak Grove

OAK GROVE, Ala. – The Hanceville Bulldogs hit the road to wrap up their season at Oak Grove Thursday night and they had their hands full with the Tigers. Oak Grove jumped out to a 57-15 lead in the first half and with the clock running, cruised through the second half on its way to a 70-15 win.

The Tigers led 28-7 at the end of the first quarter and erupted for 29 more points in the second quarter to take a 57-15 lead into the locker room at halftime. Both teams played with a hot clock in the second half and Oak Grove found the end zone two more times to wrap up a 70-15 win over the Bulldogs, bringing Hanceville’s season to an end at 0-10.

Bulldogs quarterback Hunter Black threw a pair of touchdown passes to Drake Bentley in the loss.
