Ralph August DiPiero, born on April 1, 1939, in Youngstown, Ohio, passed away on September 6, 2025, in Cullman, Alabama. He was 86 years old.
Ralph is survived by his beloved wife, Nance DiPiero; grandchildren Brandy DiPiero and Devan DiPiero; and stepsons Gerald Cooper Rhodes (Julie) and Mark Dallas Rhodes. He also leaves behind three sisters: Mary Ellen Mooney (Jim), Donna Cadia, and Paula Lutrel (Gary).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Yolanda Ross and August DiPiero; his daughter, Candice DiPiero; and his son, Matthew DiPiero.
Ralph served his country as a paratrooper in the United States Army with the 182nd division.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Order of the Eastern Star. Ralph served as Grand Marshall for the state of Alabama from 2016 to 2017.
A Funeral Service will be held on September 11, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Methodist Church 615 Main Ave SW, Cullman, AL.
