CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce will host the Young Professionals Entrepreneur Panel on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 11:30 a.m. at the Cullman Area Chamber. Presented by Hawkins Medical & Wellness, the panel aims to provide young and upcoming professionals with the opportunity to learn directly from local business owners. The event is free and open to ages 21–40. Refreshments will be provided.
The panel will feature local entrepreneurs Paige Clabo (Heirlooms Fine & Performing Arts), Logan Brooks (Evolve Fitness), Minnie Perry (Lash Out) and Jake Burkey (Busted Knuckle Off Road). Each will share his or her personal business journey, including challenges, failures and successes, and offer advice for those considering launching a business. The program will also include moderated questions and a live audience Q&A.
“This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to start a business in our community to hear firsthand from four successful small business owners,” said Katie Walker, director of events & communication for the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce. “They’ll get to hear just what type of grit it takes to put yourself out there and just how much the risks are worth it!”
