Amber (Cullman County Animal Shelter)

CULLMAN, Ala. – Meet Amber, a 3-month-old tortoiseshell domestic shorthair whose personality is just as striking as her coat. Friendly, inquisitive and outgoing, The Cullman Tribune Pet of the Week thrives with both playtime and snuggle time, so she’s always ready to keep you company.

This little explorer enjoys her toys and cherishes her time with you. She adapts to new situations with ease and grace, making her a wonderful fit for just about any home.

And when she wants to share what’s on her mind, Amber’s gentle vocals say it all, whether it’s a request for food, a nudge for affection or an invitation to play. With her sweet, affectionate nature Amber has all the makings of a perfect companion or therapy cat.

Amber’s adoption fee is $100, which includes spay, vaccines, microchip, wormer and a general vet exam.

Visit the shelter at 935 Convent Road NE. It’s open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Come meet Amber today and see why she’s quickly becoming a shelter favorite. If Amber has already found her forever home, be sure to visit the many other pets at the shelter still waiting for theirs.
