William “Levon” Harper, age 73, of Cullman, Alabama passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
Levon was born in Fairview , AL to Roland and Audrey Harper on September 10, 1951. He graduated from Fairview High School in 1969. He pursued a lifelong career as a professional painter. The last years of his life he enjoyed working in the kitchen of William’s Barbecue.
Levon “Pops” could be found at Planet Fitness basically everyday and sometimes twice a day. He was recently saved and loved going to church and his men’s study groups. He loved his hot rod truck, beautiful women and rock and roll music.
Levon was preceded in death by his parents Roland Levon & Audry Hill Harper.
Levon is survived by his brothers, Gary Edward Harper(Debra) & James Roland Harper and his sister Catherine “Ann” Rice, Daughter-In-Law, Misti Holt and granddaughter Cerenity Reynolds and his lifelong friend Alicia Aker and multiple nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life memorial visitation for Levon will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd AVE Northwest, Cullman, AL 35055, followed by a celebration of life memorial service at 11 a.m.
