CULLMAN, Ala. – A local attorney has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI).
According to the Cullman Police Department, Kimberly Drake, 57, of Cullman, was arrested during a traffic stop on April 21, on Third Avenue Northwest near Arnold Street Northwest in the city of Cullman.
Drake was also issued traffic citations for running a red light, failure to yield and improper lane change.
Drake is an attorney at The Drake Law Firm in Cullman.
