Ms. Melba Eloise Moody Byrum, age 79, of Vinemont, Alabama, entered into rest on February 7th, 2025, at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
Ms. Melba was born on August 27,1945 to D.L. Moody and Etta S. Moody of Crane Hill.
Melba was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Jeanette Higginbotham and Kathryn Moody.
After a long and rewarding career with AT&T in Nashville, TN, she returned to her roots in Cullman to reconnect with her extended and church families.
She will be laid to rest alongside her parents and sisters in Lake City, Florida.
She will be missed by a host of nieces and nephew, many cousins and friends from Beulah Church of the Nazarene.
