CULLMAN, Ala. – David Allen Henry, 36, of Trafford, Alabama, was arrested on Dec. 31, 2024, by the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant related to a sexual abuse charge. The warrant stems from an incident earlier this year.
Henry faces a charge of second-degree sexual abuse, with the alleged victim being more than 15 years younger than him.
He is currently being held at the Cullman County Detention Center with a bond set at $50,000.
