Celebration of Life for Joseph Mitchell Wilson, age 74 of Hanceville, will be on Saturday, May 25, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 141 Colony Rd, Hanceville, AL 35077.
Mr. Wilson passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at Cullman Regional. He was born, May 21, 1949 to Allen Joseph Wilson and Roxy Vernice Wilson.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his children, LaQuita (Olalekan) Wilson-Sanusi, Troy (Glenda) Wilson, Crystal (Andreia) Wilson, Seth Wilson (Sydara Brown), Ercy Wilson, Essence Wilson (Brandon Gamble), Nikia Wilson; 17 grandchilden; 14 great grandchildren; brother, James (Victoria) Twitty; sisters, Eartha Cole, Cheryl (Al) Wilson, Carmen Hubbard, Jacqueline Marshall, Delynda Fields and DeLisa Fields; aunts, Martha Foster and Laverne Hubbard; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
