Colony hosting annual Easter egg hunt March 31

Colony Park & Recreation will host the town’s annual Easter egg hunt at the community center on March 31 at 2 p.m. Vendors are invited to register a spot at the event for $25. The hunt will begin at 2:15. (Colony Park & Recreation)

COLONY, Ala. – Colony Park & Recreation invites the community for an afternoon of fun and festivities at the town’s annual Easter egg hunt on March 31, starting at 2 p.m. The event will be held at the community center at 538 Colony Road.

This family-friendly event promises an exciting hunt for candy-filled eggs and the chance to find special eggs that could win participants gift cards to popular fast-food restaurants. Please note that children participating in the Easter egg hunt should bring their own baskets. The hunt will begin promptly at 2:15 p.m.

In addition to the egg hunt, Colony Park & Recreation is offering local entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase their merchandise or food items. This event is a perfect chance for businesses looking for exposure to connect with the community. A vendor fee of $25 applies, and while tables will be provided, vendors are asked to bring their own chairs.
