Memorial service for Julia Rae Hand, age 80, of Cullman, will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023, at Northbrook Baptist Church with Pastor Keith Warden officiating. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. prior to the service.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Ms. Hand passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023, at Cullman Regional. She was born Jan. 30, 1943, to Ray Lindsey and Verna Mae Lindsey.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Shea Butts; and three brothers.
Survivors include her son, Mark (Brandi) Hand; daughter, Angela Barker Osborn; grandchildren, Julianna (Tyler) McSwain, Lisa Butts, Harrison Barker, Lindsey (Shawn) McClellland, Zakary Hand, and Makenzie Rhoden; great-grandchildren, Ava McSwain, Kye McSwain, Kol McSwain, Addie Butts, Laci Butts, Barker McClelland, and Boston McClelland; and sisters, Margaret Olson, Janet Jackson, Nell Sanford, and Laura Hudson.
