Howard Gerald Hafer, age 78, of Vinemont, Alabama passed away on Friday, Dec. 15, 2023.
Howard is survived by his wife, Nancy “Carolyn” Hafer; his brother Teddy Hafer; his daughters Tammy (Terry) Waters, Rhonda (Mark) Jackson, and Crystal (Travis) Lansford, his grandchildren Haley (Justin) Vanderburg, Wesley (Lindsie) Waters, Tyler (Jessica) Jackson, Tristan (Savannah) Harris, Dalton Harris and his great grandchildren Brayden Vanderburg and Kate Jackson.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Hazel Phillips Hafer; and his brother Jimmy Hafer.
A visitation for Howard will be held Monday, Dec. 18, 2023 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023 at 11 a.m., 1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055. An interment will occur Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023 at Flint Creek Cemetery, Vinemont, AL.
