Grady’s nose was a little itchy… don’t worry, he’s got it. (Donna Ruttkay)

CULLMAN, Ala. – Grady, an approximately 2-year-old male terrier and hound mix with a dark-toned tricolor coat is available for adoption at the Cullman County Animal Shelter.

Grady is a simple guy with a low-to-medium energy level. He’s sensitive, deeply attuned to the people around him. He cherishes the time he gets to spend with humans, and loves to give them all of his attention.

Grady practically floats on a leash, navigating the shelter recreation scene with ease. His muscular and slender build will make him the perfect size to curl up at your feet as you read on the porch in the coming chilly weather or accompany you on a hike as you observe the changing colors of the leaves. He has a good understanding of personal boundaries and would, without a doubt, be the perfect fellow for a therapy, companion or hiking dog.

Ready to add Grady to your family’s fall festivities? Head over to Cullman County Animal Shelter at 935 Convent Road NE, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. for a meet and greet.

His adoption fee includes neuter, DHLPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccines, rabies vaccine, wormer, general exam at the vet and microchip.
